Welcome to Ebbio, a 13th-century Tuscan farmhouse nestled in an evergreen forest, just 2 km from the village. We're a working organic farm with 700 olive trees, a lavender field, and generous vegetable gardens. On the ground floor, a large activity room is fully equipped with yoga props—perfect for practice, workshops, or play. Upstairs (15 steps), you'll find a dining and lounging area, 8 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We're a catered villa: kitchen use is strictly reserved for our staff. Meal service (breakfast/brunch and dinner) is available for an extra fee, entirely vegetarian, made with produce from our farm. Part of our team lives on-site: manager, gardener, cook, and housekeeper. On request, we also host yoga retreats and support weddings and private events.
